The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and forward-thinking fintech business. You will be responsible for generating new leads, developing relationships with decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

While you’ll ideally be based within a commutable distance of London, there is flexibility for remote working combined with face-to-face client meetings and occasional team days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and close new business opportunities across a wide range of sectors.
  • Present tailored payment solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with support from a strong marketing and product team.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.

  • Based within a commutable distance to London, with flexibility to travel when required.
