What You'll Do:
- Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
- Label speakers, callsigns, clearances, readbacks, and instructions
- Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology
- Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
- Maintain quality and accuracy standards — precision is critical on this project
Who You Are:
- A pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to live or recorded ATC
- Someone with a strong working knowledge of aviation radio communications and phraseology
- Extremely detail-oriented and comfortable working with noisy, fast-paced audio
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
You don't need to be a professional transcriptionist — but you do need to understand how aviation communications work.

- Experience with LiveATC, PilotEdge, or VATSIM
- Background in aviation operations, dispatch, or military communications
