We’re seeking economists with public policy experience to help assess and improve AI-generated policy analysis and applied economics content.
Location: Remote
Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
Compensation: $35-70 /hour
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You’ll Do:
- Review policy-focused economics questions and explanations used in AI training.
- Evaluate economic reasoning related to regulation, welfare, and public programs.
- Provide structured feedback to improve clarity, rigor, and real-world relevance.
- Apply applied economics experience to validate scenarios and conclusions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience teaching or working in public or applied economics.
- Strong understanding of policy analysis and economic tradeoffs.
- Able to assess written economic arguments and recommendations.
- Comfortable providing detailed written feedback.
Nice to Have:
- Graduate degree in Economics or Public Policy.
- Experience in government, think tanks, or policy research.
