At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting‑edge AI models. This remote contract position is for Masters in Physics (or related fields) to help fine‑tune large language models. No AI experience required.
Base Pay Range: $35.00/hr – $55.00/hr
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You’ll Do:
- Design advanced physics problems to test AI performance (mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, etc.).
- Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to masters level physics topics.
Requirements:
- Master’s (pursuing or completed) in Physics, Applied Physics, or related field.
- Strong physics reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
