As a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of analytics that connect clinical, operational, and performance data to real-world healthcare decisions. You will guide BI teams in transforming complex data into trusted dashboards, reports, and insights that drive patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
- Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
- Experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.
