Identity sits at the core of most modern security failures, and we’re looking for people who understand how and why identity systems break in real environments. You will work with realistic identity and access scenarios to help ensure AI systems learn how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates.

Position: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst

Type: Contract / Task-Based

Compensation: $35–$60 /hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
  • Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures
  • Review zero-trust models and access design decisions
  • Help generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years working with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms
  • Familiarity with RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes
  • Understanding of how identity failures occur and how attackers exploit them
