About the Job
At Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. This remote contract role is designed for graduate students or recent graduates with a Master’s in Chemistry or related fields. You’ll help fine‑tune large language models such as ChatGPT by designing chemistry problems, evaluating AI responses, and collaborating with researchers to improve benchmarks.
What You’ll Do
- Design advanced chemistry problems to test AI performance (e.g., chemical engineering, biochemistry).
- Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters‑level chemistry topics.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Strong chemistry reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
