About The Job

As a Health Informatics Analyst, you will work at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology. You will analyze electronic health record (EHR) and operational data to uncover trends, evaluate health information systems, and support data‐driven improvements in clinical and administrative workflows.

What You'll Do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends and support clinical and operational decision‐making.
  • Evaluate, test, and optimize health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting tools to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient information flow.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and recommendations for clinicians, IT teams, and leadership to drive improvements in care delivery and system performance.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis.
