As a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of analytics that connect clinical, operational, and performance data to realâworld healthcare decisions. You will guide BI teams in transforming complex data into trusted dashboards, reports, and insights that drive patient outcomes and organizational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decisionâmaking.
- Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure, including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover trends, support leadership decisions, and improve care delivery and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
- Proven ability to design and manage BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models.
