As a Precision Medicine Data Lead, you will guide how complex healthcare and genomic data is brought together, governed, and transformed into insights that enable personalized treatment strategies and advanced clinical research.
What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare data into unified analytics platforms.
- Lead analytical strategies that convert integrated datasets into actionable insights for research, clinical decision support, and precision medicine initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment between data strategy and organizational goals while clearly communicating results to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with largeâscale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles.
