As a Nursing Informatics Specialist, you will connect frontline nursing practice with advanced health information systems. Your work ensures that electronic health records and clinical data tools reflect realâworld nursing workflows while supporting safe, efficient, and highâquality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Translate nursing workflows and clinical needs into informatics and EHR system designs in collaboration with IT and technical teams.
- Evaluate clinical and system data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to improve patient care and documentation quality.
- Recommend and support enhancements to health information systems that improve care efficiency, usability, and clinical outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with experience in clinical informatics or health IT.
