What You'll Do

  • Design Complex Engineering Problems — Craft advanced technical challenges across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and control systems to stress-test AI performance
  • Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step solutions that serve as the gold standard for AI learning and benchmarking
  • Audit AI Outputs — Evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical proofs for technical accuracy, safety, and compliance with industry standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.)
  • Refine AI Reasoning — Identify logical gaps and flaws in AI-generated engineering reasoning, then provide structured feedback to improve model performance
  • Work Asynchronously — Complete assignments independently on a schedule that works for you

Who You Are

  • Holds or is pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • Strong foundational expertise in one or more core domains: VLSI, control systems, telecommunications, power electronics, signal processing, or embedded systems
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
  • Highly detail-oriented when reviewing equations, circuit logic, and technical documentation
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • No prior AI experience required — your engineering expertise is what matters

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, technical writing, or evaluation systems
  • Familiarity with simulation tools (MATLAB, SPICE, etc.)
  • Background in standards compliance or technical auditing
