We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, and enthusiastic Toddler Room Leader (Level 3) for our bilingual private day nursery in Vauxhall.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the toddler room, supervising and supporting children aged 1-3 years
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities promoting physical, social, and cognitive development
- Ensure adherence to EYFS, safeguarding policies, and Ofsted requirements
- Supervise meals, bottle prep, and maintain hygiene standards
- Conduct daily risk assessments and maintain accurate records via Famly app
- Build positive relationships with families and support children's learning and development
- Perform any other duties as required by management
Salary: £16-£17 per hour (£33k-£35k per annum, based on 40 hours/week)
36-40 hours/week (leaders: 40-45 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
