We are looking to expand our network of expert behavioral health consultants with Senior Behavioral Health Experts for part-time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $80β120 USD/hour, with top-performing experts on our platform earning $150+ USD/hour. This role includes designing expert-level behavioral health scenarios, evaluations, and judgment tasks that today's leading AI models struggle with, as well as evaluating and pressure-testing frontier AI systems in sensitive, high-stakes mental health contexts. This is not therapy delivery, tutoring, or generic annotation work.

Who Weβre Looking For: You are a senior behavioral health professional with deep experience applying clinical judgment, ethical reasoning, or system-level mental health expertise in complex, real-world settings. This role is well suited for professionals at the Senior Clinician, Clinical Director, Program Director, Chief Psychologist, Department Head, or equivalent level.
- Psychologists and behavioral health leaders at government and public health institutions (NIMH, NIH, VA, CDC, SAMHSA, NHS, etc.)
- Behavioral health professionals in military or defense health systems (Walter Reed, Defense Health Agency, Armed Forces Health Services, etc.)
- Clinicians and leaders at premier psychiatric hospitals and academic medical centers (McLean Hospital, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Mass General, Maudsley Hospital, etc.)
- Directors and senior clinicians in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or safety assessment organizations (Crisis Text Line, Lifeline, Trevor Project, SAMHSA programs, etc.)
- Behavioral health experts in digital mental health, telehealth, or AI-adjacent organizations (Headspace Health, Lyra Health, Spring Health, Woebot, academic AI ethics centers, etc.)
- Professionals with experience in clinical governance, ethics, risk assessment, policy, or systems-level behavioral health design.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- 5+ years of experience in clinical psychology, behavioral health, psychiatry, or closely related fields
- Demonstrated ability to apply expert judgment in complex, ambiguous, or high-risk mental health scenarios
- Track record of work with recognized institutions, healthcare systems, or public-facing programs
- Advanced degree (PhD, PsyD, MD, or equivalent) preferred but not required; equivalent senior experience strongly considered.
