The Wholesale Sales Manager is responsible for driving global wholesale performance and supporting the execution of the brand’s wholesale growth strategy across key international markets.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, highly organised, and relationship-focused, with strong analytical capabilities and experience managing premium wholesale accounts across international markets.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy, Forecasting & Planning

  • Build and manage wholesale sales forecasts by region, account, and collection, with ownership of targets and growth opportunities
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Manager on seasonal sales strategies, ensuring regional opportunities and market trends are reflected
  • Analyse account performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to identify opportunities for growth and reorders
  • Support seasonal budgeting, forecasting, and post-market recaps
  • Lead wholesale appointments and support global market appointments alongside the wider sales team
  • Secure priority accounts and key strategic partners each season
  • Deliver consistent and elevated brand presentation across digital and in-person appointments
  • Provide retailers with accurate and timely pre-order information, including pricing, line sheets, delivery windows, product knowledge, and order deadlines
  • Collate, structure, and submit wholesale orders for internal review and sign-off
  • Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of the seasonal sales order overview in partnership with Sales Admin

Account & Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow the global wholesale network while supporting key strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners across the UK, US, and additional international markets
  • Negotiate retailer terms while protecting brand positioning and commercial interests across discounts, cancellations, exclusives, and sell-through expectations
  • Oversee onboarding and development of new wholesale accounts
  • Partner closely with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to maximise visibility, activation, and sell-through opportunities with retail partners

Reporting & Commercial Analysis

  • Produce regular sales and performance reporting for senior leadership
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and product performance trends across regions and accounts
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and recommend actions to drive growth
  • Gather and structure retailer feedback for internal teams across Product, Merchandising, and Marketing

Brand & Commercial Development

  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities including exclusives, capsules, trunk shows, events, and special projects
  • Plan and execute trunk show opportunities with key retail partners
  • Ensure all wholesale touchpoints reflect the brand identity and commercial positioning globally
  • Support process improvements across wholesale operations, forecasting, and account management

Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of global wholesale and contemporary fashion markets
  • Proven experience managing and growing wholesale accounts internationally
  • Advanced Excel skills with a strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to independently manage travel, schedules, and competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
  • Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members preferred
  • Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
