THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Wholesale & Merchandising Intern to support our Wholesale and Merchandising teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing fashion business whilst supporting key commercial functions across product, stock and wholesale operations.

Merchandising Support

  • Assist with maintaining product and stock information
  • Support weekly reporting and data preparation
  • Help update merchandising trackers and documents
  • Assist with stock and inventory administration
  • Provide general support to the Merchandising team

Wholesale Support

  • Assist with wholesale order administration
  • Support customer and account record management
  • Help prepare wholesale sales materials and product information
  • Assist with delivery tracking and order updates
  • Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale team

General Administration

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support team meetings and reporting preparation
  • Assist with ad hoc projects across the Commercial team
  • Help ensure information is organised and up to date

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in fashion, retail and ecommerce
