REPORTING TO: Head of Marketing
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Paid Marketing
- Support the execution of the paid marketing strategy across paid social and paid search channels to drive core commercial KPIs.
- Manage the day-to-day performance of paid social and paid search campaigns, including monitoring spend, pacing, ROAS and overall efficiency.
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, optimisation and reporting across Meta, Google and other paid platforms.
- Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief and develop high-performing paid ad creative.
- Support audience targeting, testing and landing page optimisation to improve conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Affiliate & Performance Marketing
- Support the execution of the affiliate marketing strategy to drive core commercial KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and performance reporting.
- Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Support onboarding of new partners, including tracking, testing, and activation.
- CRM & Customer Marketing
- Assist in the planning and execution of CRM campaigns (email, lifecycle, retention).
- Support audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Work with creative teams to deliver engaging and on-brand communications.
- Monitor CRM performance and suggest optimisation opportunities.
- Reporting & Operations
- Produce regular performance reports across affiliate, CRM, and website channels.
- Support marketing forecasting and attribution analysis.
- Assist with budget tracking and finance processes (e.g. invoicing, commission validation).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, commercial, graphics, merchandising etc.
