THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Wholesale & Merchandising Intern to support our Wholesale and Merchandising teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a growing fashion business whilst supporting key commercial functions across product, stock and wholesale operations.
- Merchandising Support
- Assist with maintaining product and stock information
- Support weekly reporting and data preparation
- Help update merchandising trackers and documents
- Assist with stock and inventory administration
- Provide general support to the Merchandising team
- Wholesale Support
- Assist with wholesale order administration
- Support customer and account record management
- Help prepare wholesale sales materials and product information
- Assist with delivery tracking and order updates
- Provide general administrative support to the Wholesale team
- General Administration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support team meetings and reporting preparation
- Assist with ad hoc projects across the Commercial team
- Help ensure information is organised and up to date
