Our ALIGNE Production/Buying Admin Assistant will work close with our Product team to ensure timely execution of our critical path. You will report directly into Buying and work cross functionally with Design, Technical, Merchandising, Logistics and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support production with style creations, purchase order entry and revisions, and all administrative tasks to support hitting our critical path deadlines, including data entry.
- Manage assortment plan accuracy including all style information, cost, and RRP.
- Help prepare for large product meetings and sign off\'s including and data requests
- coordinate the sample cut out process, samples for e-commerce shoots and wholesale
- Critical path support - chasing in CP\'s from our makers and keeping dates on track
- Communicating approvals, filing and sample cupboard management
- Maintain team calendar invites.
