Aligndent Grove House is a modern, friendly orthodontic practice based in Northfleet, and we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Nurse to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Dental Nurse or a Trainee Dental Nurse currently enrolled on an accredited dental nursing course who is eager to develop their skills within a specialist orthodontic environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, One Saturday per month
About You
- Is GDC registered (qualified applicants), or is a Trainee Dental Nurse enrolled on a recognised dental nursing course
- Has orthodontic experience (desirable but not essential)
- Has an understanding of CQC standards, cross-infection control, HTM guidance, safeguarding, and current dental regulations
- Is organised, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team
- Has excellent communication skills and a caring, professional approach to patient care
- Is keen to learn and develop within a specialist orthodontic practice
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clinicians during orthodontic procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
- Ensuring compliance with CQC requirements, infection prevention protocols, and practice policies
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Sterilisation and decontamination of instruments
