We’re hiring for a fast-growing FinTech business backed by a leading global financial institution. This is a high-performance commercial role for someone looking to build a long-term career in the financial markets — with genuine ownership, uncapped upside, and early-stage equity.
You’ll be responsible for originating and developing relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Finance) at medium to large organisations. This is a hybrid role combining new business generation, consultative sales, and relationship development. You’ll build your own revenue stream within the business, supported by experienced leadership, strong infrastructure, and a broad product offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound activity
- Engaging senior finance stakeholders across treasury and cash management
- Understanding client challenges and positioning solutions in a consultative, value-led way
- Selling across a broad product set including execution, cash management, and treasury solutions
- Building long-term client relationships that generate recurring and residual revenue
- Expanding accounts over time as client needs evolve
