Senior Business Development Manager – Financial Markets

London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 WFH)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving new business across hedge funds, investment banks, and asset managers
  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline building, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Collaborating with SDRs and marketing on impactful outreach strategies
  • Managing your territory with a structured, data-driven approach
  • Supporting the rollout of new products and services
  • Meeting clients and prospects within your territory as required

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in a closing role with consistent target success
  • Background in subscription sales and/or financial services is an advantage
  • A proactive hunter mindset – confident in cold outreach and self-sourcing pipeline
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage senior stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
