Our client is looking for ambitious individuals to join their fast‑paced sales floor within their Private Markets division. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly growing FTSE‑listed business which joined the index in May 2024. In under 15 years, they’ve scaled from a team of 5 to over 700 employees with a market cap of ~£1.8bn — providing sophisticated banking and FX risk management solutions to the alternative investment industry. Today, the business transacts billions, operates globally, and continues to scale aggressively across Europe and North America, particularly within Private Markets, serving funds, asset managers, and institutional investors with industry‑leading FX hedging solutions.

The Private Markets division partners with funds, asset managers, and institutional investors to help them manage FX exposure across cross‑border investments, capital calls, distributions, and multi‑currency fund structures. As this division continues to scale rapidly across Europe and North America, successful hires will be joining at a pivotal time — with the opportunity to grow alongside one of the fastest‑scaling teams in the industry.
The Role
- Research and qualify potential fund and institutional clients to build a high‑value pipeline.
- Own the telephone — engaging and consulting with C‑suite executives across medium‑large organisations (£30m–£400m revenue) and top‑tier investment firms.
- Cold calling is your primary and preferred method of opening opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ strategies, exposures, and operational challenges within Private Markets.
- Educate clients on FX hedging strategies and a diverse suite of risk management solutions.
- Partner with analysts and strategists to build, present, and tailor FX risk solutions — eventually developing and delivering these independently.
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships within your client portfolio to retain and grow accounts.
- In time, trade independently on behalf of your portfolio in the largest and most liquid market on the planet.
