We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth consumer and data-led technology business operating across two complementary brands, who are building a world-class Growth function.
This is a highly impactful role for a Product Growth Lead who wants to own experimentation, conversion, and activation across complex user journeys and help drive compounding growth through structured testing.
The Product Growth Lead will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and engineering, owning the experimentation roadmap across both brands. You’ll be responsible for designing, running, and analysing experiments that improve activation, conversion, and engagement across the full customer journey. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role with real influence over product direction and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning the cross-brand experimentation and growth roadmap
- Building and prioritising a backlog of hypotheses across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention
- Designing and running structured A/B tests end to end (hypothesis → launch → analysis → learnings)
- Leading conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across key funnels and journeys
- Identifying friction points using behavioural data, user insight, and experimentation
- Partnering closely with engineering, product, and data teams to ship tests quickly
- Defining success metrics, KPIs, and experimentation standards
- Translating insights into scalable growth playbooks and recommendations
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in product growth, experimentation, CRO, or related roles
- Proven track record running experiments end to end
- Strong analytical capability and comfort working with data and dashboards
- Deep understanding of user behaviour, funnels, and UX
- Highly collaborative; able to work across product, engineering, marketing, and data
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator able to distil insight into action
