Our client is a cross-border payments and foreign exchange provider that supports businesses with card and digital payment solutions. They specialise in tailored currency hedging solutions that help corporates handle international transactions smoothly, from everyday payment processing to building payment systems that can scale as the business grows.

As this is a sales opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career, we’re looking for someone who enjoys starting conversations and isn’t afraid of picking up the phone. It's all about outbound sales - prospecting, calling, emailing, and qualifying potential customers. It's well-suited to someone who’s motivated by targets, can handle rejection, and likes seeing direct results from their efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Making outbound calls and sending emails to prospective clients.
  • Researching and targeting the right people within businesses.
  • Starting conversations and explaining what we do in a clear, confident way.
  • Qualifying interest and booking meetings for the wider sales team.
  • Keeping notes and activity up to date in the CRM.
  • Hitting daily and monthly outreach and meeting targets.

£30-35k base salary - OTE £60k Y1, £90k Y2 and £120k + Y3. Development and feedback sessions 3 x per week with senior partners. Full-time in office, which is based in Canary Wharf. Equity opportunities for high-performers.
