As a Territory Manager for the North West in the Ortho division, you will manage a large sales area for Align Technology selling Orthodontic Digital Products. You will be responsible for managing Align's business in a specific area of the UK, with your primary objective to achieve the Operational Plan in line with company and country strategic objectives. You will drive your territory to achieve the plan via detailed account and territory planning that includes establishing account relationships, supporting the educational pathway, practice development, and proactively communicating with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the assigned territory, growing the business and onboarding new high‑potential accounts.
  • Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and customers.
  • Challenge doctors to modernize and grow their business through digital technology implementation.
  • Plan and execute a territory plan based on potential in each account.
  • Create and execute account plans for high‑potential accounts.
  • Utilize data/analytics to help customers drive decision‑making.
  • Orchestrate additional internal company resources to optimize the customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3‑5 years of equivalent experience in B2B sales.
  • Analytical and business planning skills for territory activities.
  • Comfortable having business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
  • Desire to work in a high‑performance team.
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas and ways of doing business.
  • Relationship management skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience preferred.
  • Field‑based in the North West of England.
