As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the assigned marketing plan for the country in line with company strategy to deliver the objectives. You will report into the Country Marketing Director. You will be based fully onsite in Solihull.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop country DSO Annual Strategy Plan Marketing
- Strategic Account Marketing: Collaborate with major accounts and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to uncover growth opportunities, co-create account-specific marketing strategies, and deliver commercial plans that drive measurable results.
- Sales Enablement & Market Activation: Support BDMs in executing localized marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, streamline delivery models, and unlock market potential.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Governance: Lead and support the development of key account business plans, ensuring alignment with regional marketing teams and seamless deployment across markets.
- Customer-Facing Leadership: Represent marketing in client meetings, co-leading discussions to strengthen partnerships, present strategic initiatives, and gather actionable insights.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Strategy: Capture and analyze competitive trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic direction and sharpen our market positioning within Special Markets. Gather VOC across key accounts to inform our portfolio, commercial and marketing plans and focus.
- Operational Communication Excellence: Develop onboarding protocols and communication frameworks for new accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support in collaboration with Operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 4-6 years of marketing experience including events/trade show, marketing and/or communication management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/business
- To work independently and make accurate decisions
- Strong Budget Management skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Fluency in English
- Commercial acumen
