The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of the UKI Orthodontic Channel Marketing strategy, coordinating key programs that drive doctor engagement, innovation adoption, and sales enablement. The role will function as an operational backbone for key orthodontic marketing projects and partner closely with Territory Managers, regional teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Support CRM and email marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal UKI marketing (particularly UKI Ortho Marketing Manager), regional teams, sales colleagues, and external agencies as needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of previous marketing experience, preferably in B2B/Healthcare/Medical Devices or Dental fields.
- Evidence of campaign execution ownership.
- Experience supporting commercial functions.
- FMCG experience is also welcomed.
