Key Responsibilities

  • Develop country DSO Annual Strategy Plan Marketing.
  • Collaborate with major accounts and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to uncover growth opportunities, co-create account-specific marketing strategies, and deliver commercial plans that drive measurable results.
  • Support BDMs in executing localized marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, streamline delivery models, and unlock market potential.
  • Lead and support the development of key account business plans, ensuring alignment with regional marketing teams and seamless deployment across markets.
  • Represent marketing in client meetings, co-leading discussions to strengthen partnerships, present strategic initiatives, and gather actionable insights.
  • Capture and analyse competitive trends and industry benchmarks to inform strategic direction and sharpen our market positioning within Special Markets.
  • Gather VOC across key accounts to inform our portfolio, commercial and marketing plans and focus.
  • Develop onboarding protocols and communication frameworks for new accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and ongoing support in collaboration with Operations.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience including events/trade shows, marketing and/or communication management experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
  • Strong ability to work independently and make accurate decisions.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Commercial acumen.
