Description

As an Inside Sales/Onboarding Representative, your role is to build the confidence of our doctors by applying comprehensive knowledge of Invisalign/iTero sales strategies in dental practices that help accelerate revenue and higher case volume. This role provides consultative, end-to-end, and customized training through regular touchpoints focused on utilization and adoption of our products. You will serve as a direct point of contact for new customers while coordinating cross-functional efforts with other areas of the business for an excellent customer experience. You will work to identify and prioritize target accounts within an assigned territory and drive growth by continually understanding business needs and maintaining a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Help convert warm leads to new customers by assisting in the completion of the certification process.
  2. Provide customer support to new Invisalign customers.
  3. Understand practice goals and lift barriers to enhance speed to Invisalign adoption in practice.
  4. Generate leads and increase doctor\’s knowledge on Invisalign and iTero products via outbound calling, email communications, and virtual demonstrations from the Birmingham Head Office.
  5. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting newly certified accounts, building rapport; providing clinical and product information and explanations.
  6. Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  7. Plan and execute Align\’s sales strategy to determine practice vision, identify gaps, and establish solutions to drive sales within the practice.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with each account, including staff, assistants, and doctors, demonstrating practice focus based on integrity and trust.
  9. Understand account capabilities to help identify gaps and recommend training, technical resources, and support to ensure customers are well-equipped to treat patients with Align Technology solutions and ensure positive patient outcomes.
  10. Partner with internal resources including field sales to optimize the customer experience and promote Align products.
  11. Ensure the fulfillment of KPIs, quotas, and other business objectives within deadlines.
  12. Participate in team efforts to achieve regional and company goals.
  13. Provide clinical support to customers, reviewing patient data and offering feedback on product use.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  1. 2+ years of inside sales or relevant experience.
  2. Dental industry experience is a plus but not essential.
  3. Willingness to learn basic orthodontic and clinical knowledge.
  4. Comfortable conducting business over the phone and email.
  5. Proven successful sales record and competitive experience.
  6. Proficiency with Salesforce preferred.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to lead virtual presentations.
  9. Strong account nurturing and opportunity seeking skills.
  10. Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  11. Ability to discuss business metrics and ask relevant questions.
  12. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  13. Ability to learn technical product knowledge.
  14. Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (office and remote), based in Birmingham, UK.
  15. Must be able to work scheduled hours at Birmingham UK Head Office.
