About this opportunity

The Align Digital Platform is an integrated suite of proprietary technologies and services delivered as a seamless end-to-end solution to customers, to transform smiles and change lives. Your primary goal is to expand the Digital Platform by supporting customers to modernize practices and provide high-quality restorative, orthodontic, and dental hygiene care to their patients. The successful candidate will join our diverse and fast-moving team that is moving an industry forward, from analog to digital. The ideal candidate is located in West London, Reading, Oxford, Milton Keynes, or St Albans, managing a territory covering specific postcodes.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a sales territory and be a business partner to your customers to modernize and grow their business, including expansion of iTero intraoral scanners, exocad software, and Invisalign clear aligners.
  • Plan and execute a territory sales plan, understanding potential, nurturing Invisalign CCAs, and actively prospecting new iTero opportunities.
  • Use insights and a consultative approach to challenge and encourage digital adoption.
  • Partner with other sales, clinical support, and laboratories to maximize customer experience and promote solutions.

In this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of relevant dental sales experience.
  • Knowledge of dental industry, implants, restorative, and labs.
  • Experience with portfolio and consultative selling, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and virtual platforms.
  • Proven sales achievement and a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel and meet physical requirements.

Skills developed within 1 year include expert knowledge of iTero, Invisalign, exocad, and digital workflows, along with clinical and lab workflows, and the ability to sell and implement products and services effectively.
