Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and can apply knowledge and skills to a minimum assessed standard to succeed in their roles.
- Develop and implement selling skills frameworks, such as the iSMILE Selling Skills Framework, to enhance the effectiveness of our sales team.
- Conduct regular skill assessments to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Perform training needs analysis to determine areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
- Provide upskilling and re‑training opportunities based on business priorities and individual performance.
- Collaborate with the ASM Leadership Academy and TM Training Needs Analysis to integrate sales skills with people development initiatives.
- Lead cross‑functional enablement projects at EMEA level, from concept to execution.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clear objectives, timelines and milestones, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Empower sales teams to execute with excellence through a Sales Training Centre of Excellence.
- Produce any course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that are necessary to ensure the delivery of high‑quality training courses.
- Enhance skills, drive consistency, and ensure excellence in sales processes to achieve sustainable growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proven experience in sales training and development.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Experience with virtual and face‑to‑face training formats.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
- Comfort with assessing and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
- Significant travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years Industry experience in medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrative ability to multi‑task, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable with conflict, and must be a self‑starter.
- Fluent in English; any other European language is considered a plus.
