As a Customer Success Specialist, you will focus on building long-term relationships with doctors and dental practices. You will provide world-class customer care and educate customers in each interaction, acting on the root of the problem and delivering effective and efficient support to inquiries.
Location: EMEA-United Kingdom. Department: Customer Support. Working hours are 8am-5pm (Standard Shift) from Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 – 2:30pm on Friday. This is a full-time office-based role with in-office presence five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, e-mail, or other communication channels.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business and customer experience.
- Be a trusted advisor to internal and external customers regarding operational topics.
- Monitor trends in customer requests and issues.
- Collaborate with the commercial organization to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth end-to-end process execution.
- Provide input to the Customer Success Manager/Supervisor regarding training needs and quality development; assist with development and presentation of information and training when needed.
- Document information in the company database(s) about each contact following defined parameters.
- Contribute ideas to improve productivity and customer experience; participate in projects designed to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree or equivalent working experience.
- 2-4 years' work experience in a customer-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, and results-oriented.
