As Territory Manager you will be part of our smart, diverse and fast-moving global team that is moving an industry forward, from analog to digital. We're doing complex work on an unprecedented scale, with innovative products including Invisalign clear aligners and the highly advanced iTero intraoral scanner.
You will manage the Lancashire and the North West of England for Align Technology and sell directly to General Dentists, transforming an analog process with clear aligners and innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more accessible – helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction.
You understand that selling isn’t just about talking, you know that you need to listen as well so that you can fully understand and meet your customers' needs.

Key responsibilities:- Manage Lancashire and the North West of England where you will help to grow the business and onboard new high potential accounts.
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers.
- Challenge doctors to modernize and grow their business including implementation of digital technology.
- Plan and execute a Territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account in your geography.
- Create & execute account plans for highest potential accounts, based on deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant dental sales experience required.
- Experience can be outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience or dental industry experience selling a medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant combination of sales (inside or outside) and industry experience.
- Knowledge of dental industry including implants, restorative and laboratories.
- Demonstrable experience of portfolio and consultative selling techniques and customer relationship management.
- Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have business discussions (Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L) and asking the right business questions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position which includes lifting up to 40lbs.
