We enhance skills, drive consistency, and ensure excellence in sales processes organisation wide. Our focus is on providing high-quality sales training services that contribute to achieving the company’s strategy and support people development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and can apply knowledge and skills to a minimum assessed standard to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and implement selling skills frameworks, such as the iSMILE Selling Skills Framework, to enhance the effectiveness of our sales team.
  • Conduct regular skill assessments to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Perform training needs analysis to determine areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs.
  • Provide upskilling and re-training opportunities based on business priorities and individual performance.
  • Collaborate with the ASM Leadership Academy and TM Training Needs Analysis to integrate sales skills with people development initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional enablement projects at EMEA level, from concept to execution.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clear objectives, timelines and milestones, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

Creating a Culture of Excellence: Empower sales teams to execute with excellence through a Sales Training Centre of Excellence. Produce any course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that are necessary to ensure the delivery of high-quality training courses.

Sustainable Growth: Enhance skills, drive consistency, and ensure excellence in sales processes to achieve sustainable growth. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Ensure that all training is of a professional standard and that sales teams are able to sell to the minimum standard set by the businesses and achieve growth.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in sales training and development.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective training programs.
  • Experience with virtual and face-to-face training formats.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
  • Comfort with assessing and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
  • Significant travel may be required, including in-field co-travel to assess skills and capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years Industry experience in medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrative ability to multi-task, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable with conflict, and must be a self-starter.
  • Fluent in English; any other European language is considered a plus.
