Office: Holborn, Central London
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm – Hybrid Working
Duties:
- Work on high-end luxury hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, bars and destination interiors across the UK and internationally
- Take ownership of key project stages, supporting projects from initial concept and design development through to technical delivery and completion
- Develop strong creative concepts, mood boards, material palettes, visual direction and presentation documents that reflect the client brief and project vision
- Produce detailed interior design packages, including layouts, elevations, joinery details, finishes schedules and technical drawing information
- Work across interior architecture, space planning, bespoke joinery, finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, artwork and accessories
- Select, source and specify FF&E, finishes and materials suitable for high-end hospitality environments and international luxury clients
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, sample boards, specifications and design documentation for meetings and project reviews
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors and external project teams to ensure the design intent is delivered accurately
- Attend client meetings, design workshops, site visits and project coordination meetings where required
- Support junior designers by offering guidance across design development, technical detailing, FF&E research and project delivery
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Interior Design (or similar field)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in interior design
- Proven background in luxury hospitality interiors
- Confident across concept, technical design, FF&E and delivery
- Strong presentation, detailing and visual communication skills
- Good knowledge of furniture, lighting, finishes and materials
- A high-quality portfolio of projects showing proven delivery of luxury hospitality projects
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
