- Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

Duties:
- Lead the technical delivery of residential projects through construction
- Produce and oversee detailed technical packages using Revit
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input during live projects
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and construction standards
- Support project teams with detailing, problem-solving and technical guidance
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology or similar field
- Strong experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
- Excellent Revit skills are essential
- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and delivery
- Experience working on residential, affordable housing or social housing projects
- Confident communication skills for client and contractor liaison
- Ability to take ownership of technical packages through to construction
