Office: London studio
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours with flexible working options
Duties:
- Support project mobilisation, initiation, and set-up activities
- Coordinate communication across multidisciplinary design teams
- Assist Senior Design Managers and Project Leads with day-to-day design management activities
- Monitor design progress and support delivery against project objectives
- Contribute to design management processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support tender, bid, and competition submissions
- Assist with project close-out activities and final approvals
Requirements:
- Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Construction, or a related discipline
- Must have background as an ARB Architect
- Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects is desirable
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration software
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate teams and build effective working relationships
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
