Ready to be the driving force behind digital excellence in a leading architectural practice? We're partnering with an ambitious, design-led architecture studio that sees digital innovation as a competitive advantage, not just a compliance requirement. As they continue to grow and deliver high-profile projects, they're looking for a BIM leader who can shape strategy, influence best practice, and champion smarter ways of working across the business.

This is far more than a traditional BIM Manager role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of the firm's digital future, leading the development of BIM standards, information management processes, and cutting-edge digital workflows that empower architects and project teams to do their best work. You'll work closely with senior leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders, acting as the go-to expert for BIM, digital delivery, and information management. Your expertise will help drive consistency, innovation, and efficiency across a diverse portfolio of projects, while positioning the practice at the forefront of an increasingly digital industry.

We're keen to speak with experienced BIM Managers looking for a broader leadership role, as well as Senior BIM Coordinators or highly accomplished BIM Coordinators from leading AJ100 architectural practices who are ready to take the next step in their career. If you're passionate about BIM, excited by digital transformation, and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine impact across an entire practice, this could be the career-defining move you've been waiting for.
