A leading London architecture studio is looking for a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator to join their well established, BIM and Design Technologies team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to live projects, supporting design teams and helping improve the way complex architectural schemes are delivered. You’ll be working in a respected studio environment, alongside architects, project teams and digital delivery specialists. The role offers exposure to large-scale, high-quality projects and the chance to develop within an established BIM team that genuinely values good processes, technical quality and smarter workflows.

This would suit a confident BIM professional with a strong architectural background, excellent Revit skills and a good understanding of UK BIM Framework requirements.

For Senior BIM Coordinator level, you’ll also have the opportunity to take more ownership across projects, support junior team members and act as a key BIM contact for design teams.

  • Competitive salary: £48,000 – 60,000 per annum (Commensurate with Experience)

Office: London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – Hybrid Working Available
Duties
  • Support architectural project teams with BIM coordination and model management
  • Maintain, audit and improve Revit models across live projects
  • Help deliver projects in line with UK BIM Framework and ISO 19650 requirements
  • Coordinate information exchanges, model standards and project BIM processes
  • Assist with clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
  • Support design teams with Revit queries, workflows and best practice
Requirements
  • Degree Qualified in BIM, Architecture, Architectural Technology or a similar field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM role within an architectural studio
  • At least 1 year working as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale projects
  • Strong Autodesk Revit Architecture experience
  • Good understanding of UK BIM Framework
  • Practical experience with Navisworks, Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, detail-focused approach
  • Experience with Dynamo, CDE platforms, BIM Execution Plans or mentoring junior team members would be beneficial but not essential
