A great opportunity for an experienced BIM Coordinator to play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered within an established architectural practice. This is more than a model coordination role. You will have the opportunity to improve workflows, strengthen information management and help project teams get more from their digital tools and processes. You will work closely with project teams and senior leadership, helping to develop best practice across ArchiCAD-based workflows while contributing to the wider digital direction of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have solid UK architectural experience, strong ArchiCAD knowledge and a genuine interest in improving the way teams work whether that’s through better processes, automation, coordination or information management.

Office: London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duties
- Act as a key point of contact for ArchiCAD, CAD and BIM support
- Coordinate BIM workflows and information across project stages
- Carry out model quality assurance, clash detection and issue management
- Develop and maintain ArchiCAD templates, libraries and BIM documentation
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Train and support project teams in ArchiCAD and BIM best practice
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years UK experience in a BIM Coordinator role
- Strong architectural experience with ArchiCAD
- Good understanding of UK BIM Framework and ISO 19650
- Experience with BIM coordination, CDEs and information management
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- An interest in automation, scripting or digital workflow development is advantageous
