FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works.

Location: Mobile Yorkshire As a Commercial Electrical Engineer you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site.
The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of electrical systems.
You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

- PPM (planned preventative maintenance) work

- Electrical Fault Finding Qualifications / Experience To be successful in the Commercial Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- 18th edition electrical qualification
- Have experience in the commercial sector
- At least 3 year’s experience working in a FM company
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ideally 2391 Attributes and Qualities
- Confident and professional demeanour
- Good customer service skills
