We are seeking a skilled Plumber Multi Trader Specialist with a focus on commercial property maintenance to join our national facilities management company. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing and general property maintenance for both commercial and domestic properties across the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of plumbing tasks, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Conduct general property maintenance and reactive repairs for commercial and residential properties.
  • Carry out pipework, drainage repairs, and other plumbing-related tasks as needed.
  • Undertake light grounds work and outdoor maintenance tasks when required.
  • Diagnose faults in plumbing systems and implement effective solutions using analytical skills.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer service in all projects.
  • Conduct property MOTs and void works as required.
  • Perform heavy lifting when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of trade experience, with a focus on plumbing.
  • Proficiency in multiple trades, particularly those related to property maintenance, is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid clean UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
