FMServ is a leading provider of mobile technical services and facilities management solutions based in Warwickshire and serving clients across the UK. Established in 2018, we provide a one stop shop for all commercial and residential property development and reactive maintenance.

As a Commercial Electrical Engineer, you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site. The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of electrical systems. You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Small project work
  • PPM (planned preventative maintenance) work
  • Reactive and emergency jobs
  • Electrical Fault Finding

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 18th edition electrical qualification
  • Experience in the commercial sector
  • At least 3 years experience working in a FM company
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ideally 2391
