FMServ offers a nationwide commercial property maintenance service, including 24-hour emergency call-outs and other small works. Due to continual year-on-year growth, as of 2025 we employ over 75 employees across the UK and are expanding.
As a Commercial Electrical Engineer, you will have overall responsibility for the works you carry out on site. The primary role of this position is to carry out the required works to ensure that the correct and compliant working order of electrical systems. You will be expected to have good customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers as and when required.

To be successful in the Commercial Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- 18th edition electrical qualification
- Experience in the commercial sector
- At least 3 years experience working in an FM company
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ideally 2391
- Confident and professional demeanour
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive approach
- Good level of written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadlines
