The Role
- Lead architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage clients and multidisciplinary project teams
- Produce and review planning, regulatory and construction information
- Undertake site inspections and project meetings
- Support compliance with CDM and Building Safety requirements
- Manage programmes, fees and resources while promoting sustainable design solutions
About You
- ARB registered architect with RIBA Parts I, II and III
- Significant post-qualification experience in the UK
- Experience across all RIBA Plan of Work stages
- Strong technical, specification and project leadership skills
- Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence
