Job Summary

AliExpress is seeking a Head of Product for User Growth who will play a crucial role in expanding our user base by leading innovative product initiatives. This position is responsible for influencing user acquisition, retention, and engagement through strategic planning and collaborative execution.

Job Description

  • In-depth understanding of the UK e-commerce market and the typical characteristics of KOLs/influencers within this market.
  • Proven business development capabilities with KOLs or MCN agencies, able to establish and drive sustainable, long-term partnerships.
  • Strong KOL operations expertise, capable of formulating precise operational strategies aligned with platform categories and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to incubate and build owned media channels, effectively stimulating consumer purchase intent on AliExpress and designing high-impact content-driven marketing strategies for e-commerce.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in KOL operations; prior experience in e-commerce is preferred.
  • Demonstrated innovation and forward-thinking mindset in the KOL and social media landscape.
  • Excellent data analysis and logical reasoning skills, coupled with solid project management experience and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
