As an Outsource Research Ops Manager within the GenAI Safety team, you will serve as the backbone of our global operations. You will own the end-to-end infrastructure and workload management for an extensive regional workforce, overseeing specialists dedicated to the research, analysis, and linguistic data essential for training safe, reliable AI models.
In this role, you provide the strategic link between internal GenAI teams and global human execution. You will maintain high-level, hands-on management of the talent pipeline, ensuring all personnel are expertly trained and ready to deliver high-quality results against complex safety benchmarks.

- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience within AI safety or large-scale data annotation environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English; professional proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred to manage global safety nuances.
- Proven ability to initiate and lead projects from the ground up, delivering complete, functional, and well-organized solutions.
- Extremely detail-oriented with experience implementing rigorous QA frameworks under pressure in fast-paced environments.
