As an Outsource Research Ops Manager within the GenAI Safety team, you will serve as the backbone of our global operations. You will own the end-to-end infrastructure and workload management for an extensive regional workforce, overseeing specialists dedicated to the research, analysis, and linguistic data essential for training safe, reliable AI models.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Philosophy (Ethics), or a related field bridging technical logic and human communication.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience within AI safety or large-scale data annotation environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; professional proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred to manage global safety nuances.
  • Proven ability to initiate and lead projects from the ground up, delivering complete, functional, and well-organized solutions.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with experience implementing rigorous QA frameworks under pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • A demonstrated ability in managing multiple high-priority workstreams independently, with a dedicated focus on managing talent development and driving organizational success.
