Alice Rose Recruitment is supporting a respected and expanding M&E maintenance contractor in their search for a Junior Contracts Manager. This position is well suited to an experienced Lead Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor looking to progress into contract management within a structured and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of small FM contracts across commercial buildings throughout Greater London, ensuring operational delivery, compliance, and strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including mobilisation, delivery, performance reviews, and renewals
- Carry out site inspections, prepare maintenance proposals, and produce RAMS
- Attend client meetings, ensuring clear communication and service delivery
- Identify and support small works opportunities
- Oversee subcontractor performance and review Health & Safety documentation
- Support operational planning, reporting, and compliance activities
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in Building Services / M&E maintenance (Lead Engineer or Supervisor level)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, organisational, and reporting skills
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
Desirable Qualifications
- ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
