This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, Engineering Manager or Technical Supervisor looking to progress into a Technical Services Manager position with genuine long-term career prospects.

The Role
You’ll take responsibility for the technical delivery of the contract, managing a team of 1 Supervisor and 3 Engineers while ensuring compliance, client satisfaction and high engineering standards across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the on-site engineering team
- Manage specialist subcontractors
- Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance is delivered
- Maintain statutory compliance and health & safety
- Review RAMS and Permit to Work documentation
- Build strong client relationships
- Support engineers with technical issues
- Monitor KPIs and service delivery
- Produce reports and attend client meetings
Requirements
- Experience managing engineering teams within commercial building services
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
- Experience working within commercial properties
- Good understanding of compliance and statutory maintenance
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Mechanical or Electrical qualifications preferred
